Thank you for choosing Voice Of A Dove, LLC. By booking a coaching session with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to create clarity and trust so we can focus on your growth.

2. What We Offer

We provide professional coaching services to support your personal and professional development. Coaching is a collaborative process, but please note it is not therapy, medical care, or legal/financial advice.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions are booked and paid in advance through our secure Stripe payment link.

  • Payments through the website apply to single session bookings only.

  • Customized sessions with receive a payment link via email.

  • Coaching/Client Agreement Form and Informed Consent Agreements will be sent via email to fill out before coaching session.

  • Your session is confirmed once payment and signed agreement forms are received.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 3 days before your scheduled virtual session.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered if cancellation occurs within the required timeframe.

  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

  • Contracted packages may vary with cancellation and rescheduling. Agreement Forms will indicate specific terms and conditions.

5. Your Role

  • Please provide accurate information when booking.

  • Arrive on time and ready to engage.

  • Respectful communication is expected at all times.

6. Our Content

Any materials or resources shared during sessions remain the property of Voice Of A Dove, LLC. They are for your personal use only and may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without written permission.

7. Important Notes

  • Coaching is intended to support your goals, but results are not guaranteed.

  • You are responsible for the choices and actions you take following your sessions.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.

10. Updates

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

  • Contracted packages may differ from the above mentioned Terms and Conditions. The Coach/Client Agreement Form will indicate specific terms and conditions required.
